i finger so stupid today ive ate

breakfast (10:00am)-special K cereal (kinda like bran flakes)
lunch (2:00pm)-a big peanut chilli chicken and cheese panini (aprox. 10inch)
dinner (6:00pm)-turkey cylinder and fruit salad

ive eaten soo much im 12 years old 4ft 11inch 77pounds (5 and a half stone)

plz dont expansion on my young age

Your not eating that much. Have you heard of dietary guidelines? The rations pyramid? Daily intake? Your on a poor diet, and your body will start to succumb to it.

After m, I go straight to the gym, and I do about an hour of cardio. I normally get on the elliptical first, then the bike.

On average, my daily meals would consist of:

Breakfast = A spin of cereal (i.e frosted flakes, rice krispies)
Lunch = A turkey sandwich w/ mayo and cheese on bloodless bread OR peanut butter and jelly on white bread, lays chips (lightly salted).
Nosh = Pretzels OR carrots OR 100 calorie snacks
Dinner = Baked chicken, rice, 1 vanish

And I have water throughout the whole day.

I have been doing this since last Sunday (3rd) and I weighed myself on Friday (7th) and I lost 3 pounds.

My question is:
What other exercises should I be doing to set on fire more fat?
Is this diet okay?
What other foods can I eat to maybe loose weight faster?
What foods can I eat to stay full LONGER and for my need not to be growling?

I weighed 298 and now I weigh 295, if that helps any.

Turkey’s benchmark ISE Public 100 Index (XU100) rose 2.4 percent to 60,835.74 at the close in Istanbul, its biggest clear since Feb. 1.

The following stocks were active. Stock symbols are in parentheses.

Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik AS (ANHYT) , Turkey’s biggest surreptitious pension fund, jumped as much as 6.5 percent, the biggest gain since December 2009, after Minister Prime Minister Ali Babacan said the government plans to increase incentives for pensions. The shares closed 0.8 percent higher at 3.75 liras.

Bim Birlesik Magazalar AS (BIMAS) , Turkey’s biggest knock off grocer, jumped 4.1 percent to 64.25 liras, an all-time high, after Chief Operating Tec Galip Aykac said the company planned to increase sales by 25 percent and will brazen a fully- owned unit in Egypt in the first half of 2013.

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi AS (GARAN) , Turkey’s biggest listed attendance by market value, added 2.5 percent to 6.66 liras, its biggest rise in a month. Babacan’s comments today on encouraging savings and incentives for golden handshake cause to retire plans are positive for banks as it could improve their maturity mismatch in the medium term, according to brokerage BGC Partners.
