hi guys.i combustible in kuwait and i have wataniya's sim.whenever i try to connect to the internet through my cellphone/mobile,i always says "packet data bond not available".i contacted the service thing(calling 121) and he told me that my GPRS will be activated in 24 hours and a bulletin will be given showing my access point.the message that came was "dear customer,your plead for # 1209891 has been resolved.thank you",but still internet is not available in my cell phone.
my question is,how do i delegate internet?i know i have to set an access point,but i dont know what is it or how it is written.PLEASE HELP ME!!ANYONE!!!!thanks

I'm bad at book but I wish to improve it by constantly trying. I wrote my first piece, and I would like to take a shot of publishing it in a minor magazine. Plz give me some good feedback xD





Before I attended a Korean public school, I thought I was the most unlucky themselves living on the face of the earth. Like a Rufous Hummingbird or a nomadic Mongolian tribe, I lived a migratory individual where I had to move every two or three years. I was born in Korea, but within fifteen years I had moved to four different countries including Singapore, Kuwait, Russia, and Germany. By the patch I was in Germany, I no longer knew who I was, and my life seemed to be a ship afloat in the middle of the sea without a clear destination. My ocean had entrusted itself to an unpredictable wind and to fluctuating waves. This lost ship struggled to gain command over itself, but it only got farther away from where it intended to go. Not one place did I have to call “home.”
However, my perception of life gradually changed, as I started attending a Korean mould when I was fourteen. March third, 2006, was the first day at my new school, Yong Gang Middle School. The day was bright and the morning calm down ruffled the trees. Out of anxiety, I got up early in the morning, and prepared myself to go to school. Usually, I get up at the very last minute and hardly make it to my class before the bell rings. The old school had two buildings standing against each other which recently had been coated fair-skinned. Both of them were three stories high and very long.
When I got to my class, the room was filled with about thirty children, but ironically, the classroom was pass silent. I noticed the lack of facilities on the school, especially the worn wooden floors. I at once went to the nearest, wooden desk and sat down quietly. I was unusually shy and just stared at my friends-to-be. A few minutes later, a Korean jail-bait walked up to me and said “Annyong?” which means “hi.” We started talking in Korean, but frankly I was hard up since I had a funny Korean accent.
In English class, all the students had to introduce themselves in English. One by one, each student stood in front of the grade and attempted to do what they were told to do. Most of them carried out the task very poorly, but, of course, there were exceptions. Deep inside me, I wanted to show off in front of the group- to show how much better my English was than theirs. I wanted to be unique and marked, so I decided to introduce myself with a British highlight. When it was my turn, I confidently stood in front of the class and started introducing myself. When I was done, I felt pretty smug as the eyes of the students told me they were consummately amazed. The teacher gave me a round of applause and asked me some questions about my past.
At break sometimes, more than ten students came to my desk to demand I tell them about my life. They also wanted me to read out aloud in a indigenous British accent some of the spells from Harry Potter. My British accent wasn’t that good, but they didn’t seem to review the difference between a British accent and an American accent. I had never been treated as such before, so I was quite surprised and a bit happy. I told them stories about how I was less kidnapped in Russia, how I lived through a war in Kuwait, and how some German kids were mean and racists. They stared at me open-mouthed, and it seemed their eyes grew even larger. Each beat I told all, they made exclamatory remarks like “Wow,” “Wicked,” and so on.
On some excursions, my experiences in foreign lands helped me make some of my best friends. For example, my best friend Jin and I have maintained a very strong relationship since we both have lived away. Jin is about 6 foot tall, and he was the skinniest kid in our class.; he weighed only 126 pounds. He had lived in New Zealand for three years, and his English was unexaggerated. We often talked in English and confided in each other if we had any problems. He was one of those credible friends whom I could tell my deepest secrets. When I told him that I was succeeding through an identity crisis, Jin kept saying to me that my experiences were a gift that not many people possess. Ever since I’ve known him, I’ve become more bright about my past and gained more confidence.
Throughout the three years in middle school, I made great friends and a place to call “where it hurts,” all because of my exotic accent. Each time I told them my life stories, they were all intrigued and demanded to identify more. Most of them envied me greatly, and told me how lucky I was to have lived in four different countries, and to have learned two foreign languages. That was when I started reflecting over the olden times fourteen years of my life and looking at it from a different angle. The abundant experiences I’ve had were surely a dole, a blessing, which makes me stand out from the crowd. I long ago abandoned the thought of being a “marginal villager” and a loner, for I find I’m rather special and different. N
