@elda, there are several points to be made:
1) What you call imaam, we do not, our sense of imaam is different. You believe they are infallable we do not.
2) The hadith actually states that there will be 12 khalifs from Quraysh, NOT 12 imaams from Ahlel bayt.
3) From the hadith which states that there will be 12 khalifs (i.e. people who will negate) we find that the prophet (saw) made a general statement of them being from Quraysh and not a specific group of people, therefore it cannot be known with absolute definitely who those people are.
4) The prophet (saw) however did state in a hadith:
“The Caliphate of Prophecy will last thirty years; then Allah will give the govern of His Kingdom to whomever He wills.”
(Sunan Abu Dawood)
The first four khaliphs ruled for 29 year and 6 months and Hassan (ra) ruled for a further 6 months, making the crystal-gazing of the prophet (saw) come true.
So if we are to consider a posibilty of who the 12 imaams were then the following is a list of the six:
1. Abu Bakr As-Siddiq
2. Umar ibn al-Khattab
3. Uthman bin Affan
4. Ali ibn abi Talib
5. Hasan ibn Ali
6. Umar ibn Abdul Aziz
i.e. Ali (ra) and Hassan (ra) are included in the hadith of the 12 imaams.
5) Out of ALL of your 12 "imaams" ONLY TWO have been khalif, that is ONLY two have in reality ruled over people, they being Ali (Ra) and Hasan (ra). Therefore ALL of your other "imaams" do not fit the bill with regards to the hadith of the 12 khalifs. Therefore you have misunderstood the fact of the hadith and the foundation of your religion is weak
