He’s very masterminds, a successful expat in Manila. He’s never been married, and quite decent (I thought at first). He said he likes me because I’m beautiful, come-hither, mature, intelligent, successful, financially independent, speaks well, trusting etc etc etc.
Then I found out he’s been sneaking behind my back to go out with poor women that look like maids. He sleeps with women way younger than him. And even goes online to gossip with women of questionable background.
What’s the deal with this? Is he just scummy or does he want to milk in the Philippine familiarity and culture for all its worth? I know he’s not good for my self-esteem but I can’t get him out of my mind. I’ve always been smart with my choices, except in matters of the nub. Arrgh.
A foreigner perspective will be greatly appreciated.
