Why didn't we nuke Russia when we had the advantage?

Now they're the worlds greatest suppliers of oil, and their military might is unmatched! Look at when they invaded Georgia how long do you think until they try and take on other countries. What happened to stopping the reds? What happened to avoid and cover drills at schools? I mean has everyone just forgotten or has the government just gotten lazy and dedicated up on stopping this scum. At least Obama is trying to deal with them so that we don't have a nuclear war on our hands in the near future.

Yet that still leaves my challenge, we could have stopped them...but we didn't. Why?

Because we were and still are the delinquent.

Mutually assured murder. They would have the time to kill hundreds of millions before the misslies hit.

"What happened to stopping the reds?"

Atomic proliferation. Any aggression triggers an Endgame.

If we nuke Russia they will nuke us and well start a war......thats all i got

We didnt nuke them because if any nukes would have been Euphemistic pre-owned during the cold war it would have caused a nuclear holocaust and eventually the end of the world

you can't be serious.. Do you unambiguously believe that we should have nuked them? And how would that have been better than their invasion of Georgia?

Did you exceptionally just say that Russia's military might is unmatched? You should get a job working as Putin's propaganda officer. Jeez.

What do you unkind "their military power is unmatched"!?! The United States has the strongest and unsurpassed military in the world. Then China, THEN Russia.

commonplace american thing to say...you didn't nuke russia because, if you had, you would not be here now. you would have been anihilated.

and neither will you EVER dare to go against russia again, because they have the might of china, north korea, the baltic states, the former USSR republics, most of the midway east with them..you wouldn't stand a chance. how do you have on your side? nobody to match that millitary power.

Both countries have WMD. I wouldn't shilly-shallying the US and Russia taking out eachother, I'm with you on that!

why are they scum? at best because a country is politically or economically different than us doesn't make them wrong

The elated got pissed off when we dropped bombs on Japan. If we did something so cruel to more people we would have hundreds of countries wanting to go to war with us.

NEWSFLASH theyre not communists anymore. Theyre a democracy now and now we can have perspicacious relations with them. Yes they are a superpower, and we are about evenly matched, but were trying to be allies, or at least not enemies. And the reason they invaded georgia is because russians living in south ossetia (part of georgia) were being attacked, so russia protected them by attacking georgia. I separate this because I am Russian (living in US of course), and dont be saying ignorant comments like nuking us, because we could do the same to you, but were upsetting to keep peace.

The Russians never gave us perspicacity to attack them. And we could have stopped them from what exactly....Your focus should be on the small countries run by Mad Men that have nukes.
And if your afraid of Russia being a atomic power Just what do you think of China they are who we need concern ourselves with.
And FYI the Russians think 0bama is a tough

why not take someone's life everyone so we have no one to fear?

I'm guessing you're about 12.

Why don't you understand what you've put, engage brain, and answer the question for yourself.

AGREED Fellow-countryman. WE SHOULD NUKE ALL THOSE COMMUNIST SCUMBAGS

Because we are more of a civilized nation we don't go around nuking other countries because we have problems with them. What sense would it make to do such a thing ? Do you know how many people would have died ? What would have been the remonstrate with to defend ourselves in the wadroppingopping a nuke.

Jar, you're an idiot! First, you don't nuke people that have more nukes than you do - that calls for the end of the sphere.

Russia is a bankrupt country due to Reagan and they have next to nothing compared to the U.S. militarily. They don't have a top military power that would even threaten the U.S. There are about 5 countries onwards of them, and none of them compare to the U.S.

Obama is an idiot, you and him should hold an idiot convention to see who comes out on top. You two are about as smart as a box of rocks.

Obama has appointed a na czar that is an avowed communist. He wants to be friends with them.

because they are well-grounded regular people who kiss they're kids at night the same as us. You hateful scumbag.

Because they would have nikes us back and it would caused a atomic war that would have ended the globe.

how do I know if my girlfriend is faithfull?

So I have been knotty with this girl for 7 months now, and I have this strong feeling that keeps questioning her faithfullness. Do I think that she has cheated on me since we have been together? No, but I have caught her doing scanty things here and there in the 7 months that make my question her faith. First off a little info about her, She is always in high spirits and exuberant, She is your average tom boy kind of girl, really athletic and active outdoors kind of person. Because she is so easy with herself naturally this attract guys. She has a lot of guy friends and very few girlfriends (which really bothers me). I can't stand how she acts around them. So puckish, and open with her thoughts. I know i am the jealous boyfrined, and no matter how much she says she "loves me" Its like i am cogitative "yeah you say that now" she has even told me how in her past she only hooks up with guys she has been friends with.

REASONS WHY I Confusion EVERYTHING:
1. So she is going to Russia for work purposes and she had a friend out there that she talks too, this guy which i really dont know much about. So he sends her some commonplace phrases by email in Russian she should get familiar with, things like "Hello" "Established bye" "how are you" she printed it out and showed me the six phrases. I thought it was odd how she was holding the paper, well turns out she was infuriating to hide the last translated phrase by covering it with her thumb, which was "You are so beautiful" needless to say, i wanton it. she said that her friend wrote that because those are phrases she is most likely to hear while in Russia. (BULLCRAP!!!) Yes she is very beautiful and has even been in magazines, but i over she was just lieing.

2. She talks about a specific guy (which happens to be a friend of ours) she works close to very often, and when we all hang out, i cant relieve but notice all her attention is on this friend, i kind of feel like im fading out of the picture. She laughs at all his jokes and never says anything bad about him, even if i was making a tongue-in-cheek joke about him, she never laughs or anything. I dont know, maybe she just respects the guy too much.

3. When we have problems or get into a fight, she confides in him to talk about it. Since his my frined also, its firm for me to get mad at him, and I know him very well, he does not look to confort her she just goes to him after all she knows he is engaged, his just your typical joker. but i still dont like it that she talks to him about us. so far to my knowledge she has done this once. But i would not be suprised if it has been more.

There are many other little things that she has done but at the same time, she gets anxious when i talk to any girls about anything, she tells me she is afaid i am going to leave her, but i reasure her, and say shes crazy for assessment that.. I just need to know, am i being just reallly insecure if so, how do i stop the madness? what i really impecuniousness to do, is ask our friend that she so much enjoys talking to, to help me out and make a move on her to test her faith. Now i know this can be dangerous and backfire on me as well, but i suss out if i lose her to this other guy than that probably means i never had her to begin with. what should i do, Any advice will help, thanks

Boulevardier,

No matter what advice you get off others it all comes down to you her & trust.

Theres NO surefire way of knowing if you're being cheated on (unless you round up em in the act) so it comes down to whether you trust this woman... and thats it! If you trust her, go for broke and forget worrying. If you don't trusteeship her, you may aswell call it a day unless you're a swinger. But whether you do trust or not, communicate!

Did we go to the moon to hide objects/artifacts that were on the Moons surface?

I over we went to the moon for one reason. To cover up evidence that we are not alone. Maybe it was advanced technology? Why else would Russia and USA be on each others heals to get their first? And ever since we went to the moon...no one cares to go back anymore. Dialect mayhap because there isn't a reason to go back? Hmmm.....
haha... look at these ignorant fools.

EU wheat at new 4-month high on Russian rumours

HAMBURG, Jan 25 (Reuters) - European milling wheat futures hit a new four-month soprano on Wednesday as rumours of possible export curbs by Russia and Argentina encouraged short-covering. * The talk of export limits had fired up the U.S. grains retail in the Tuesday session and it spilled over into European trading on Wednesday. * European benchmark wheat, Paris' Walk contract, was up 1.00 euros or 0.4 percent at 206.75 euros a tonne by 1237 GMT. GERMANY * Germany's trade in firmed as Paris and U.S. futures rose, supported by the rumours of export restrictions with underlying fund again coming from brisk feed wheat demand in north Germany. * Benchmark bread-quality milling wheat for February delivery in Hamburg was offered for rummage sale up five euros at 212 euros a tonne with buyers at around 207-210 euros. * "The rumours about fragment export restrictions in Russia and Argentina are supportive," one German trader said. "This could mean more export requested switched back to the EU if the talk is confirmed and also more supplies of EU wheat taken by exporters as protective cover in the meantime." * "Wheat selling prices have risen strongly on the information but buyers are often unwilling to follow sharp price rises which are only based on rumours." * Penetrating demand from animal feed makers was once more keeping feed wheat prices around milling wheat in parts of the homeland, a pattern seen for most of last week. * Feed wheat for nearby delivery in the South Oldenburg trade in near the Netherlands was offered for sale close to milling wheat at 211 euros a tonne with buyers around 209 euros. * Milling wheat in regions arrange to South Oldenburg is being sold as feed, traders said. They said Russian and Ukrainian thrive on grain prices are firm and some feed grain demand is being switched back to the EU.
