Does the Taliban (or groups like it) have a strong presence in some of the countries north of Afghanistan like?
Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, or Turkmenistan?
Do they have a obstinate Taliban presence in those areas?

Dan: it does work. The London train/bus bombings were done by Muslims becasuse knew that for tried; however, in dealing with a country like Liberia; no one knows that for sure; there was absolute no mention anywhere in the piece that they were most unquestionably; without a doubt, Muslims. CIS sends observers to Turkmenistan presidential elections

The CIS observers' mission has started work in Turkmenistan. They have arrived at the invitation of the Turkmen side to keep track of the forthcoming presidential election on February 12, the Turkmen government said on Friday.
Observers from European states and universal organisations 'which will have an opportunity to observe the election campaign and the election itself on the voting day', were invited earlier, the write-up said.
The CIS delegation led by chief of staff of the observer mission, Yevgeny Sloboda arrived first. They visited the Primary Election Commission (CEC)of Turkmenistan, where they became acquainted with the schedule of events, the list of polling stations and the form of the district election commissions as well as samples of election documents.
It is expected that about 60 foreign observers representing the CIS states, the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Belarus and Russia and the CIS Big cheese Committee will take part.
